Rep. Lightner honors Hanover-Horton football team at state Capitol

Rep. Sarah Lightner recently welcomed the Hanover-Horton varsity football team to the state Capitol, where she presented them with a tribute while the House was in session. The team, represented on the House floor by their captains and coach David Messer, earned Hanover-Horton High School its first ever playoff win, its first conference title, and its first district title.
